The Rhythmic Renewal Workshop is a sound and art immersion for women—happening Saturday, July 12 from 5–9 PM at the Glasshouse in northern Chester County. Come join us for an evening to slow down, reconnect, and breathe a little deeper. We’ll guide you through a calming sound experience, intuitive watercolor painting (no experience needed), and close with a nourishing organic dinner. Just bring yourself. We’ll take care of the rest.
What to Expect
We’ll gather at the Glasshouse—a peaceful, light-filled space nestled within 600 acres of natural beauty in northern Chester County. You’ll be gently guided through a calming sound journey paired with intuitive watercolor painting—no experience needed. We’ll close the evening with a seasonal, organic dinner prepared with care by Vesta Kitchen. Our hope is that you leave feeling renewed, rested, and quietly inspired.

🎶 Jen Ryan, White Wave Restorations
A sound practitioner and registered nurse, Jen brings a grounded, integrative approach to healing. Her work blends Western and holistic modalities to create a safe space for rest and reconnection.
🎨 Cynthia Oswald, Artist & Designer
Cynthia is a nature-inspired watercolorist and designer whose work explores creativity as a form of restoration. Her workshops invite presence, curiosity, and the freedom to explore art without pressure.
🍽 Nourishment by Vesta Kitchen
Rooted in a love for local, organic ingredients, Vesta Kitchen crafts nourishing meals that are both flavorful and intentional. Every dish served is a reflection of care—for community, for the earth, and for the people gathered at the table.
🏡 The Glasshouse at the Great Marsh
A stunning, light-filled structure designed by students of Frank Lloyd Wright, the Glasshouse sits on 600 acres of preserved land in northern Chester County. With floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive views of the marsh, it invites you to slow down.
